All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received. Remaining payments must be completed as per the agreed schedule before or on the event date.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies, refund eligibility, and timelines will be communicated at the time of booking. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the agreed terms.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timely approvals, venue access, and necessary permissions required for event execution. Epic Events will not be responsible for delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information.
Changes & Modifications
Any changes to event details must be communicated in advance. Additional costs may apply for last-minute changes or added services.
Liability
Epic Events will take all reasonable care during event execution. However, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, or third-party service providers.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Epic Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Third-Party Services
Epic Events may coordinate with third-party vendors. While we ensure quality coordination, we are not responsible for the actions or services provided directly by third-party vendors.
