Refund Policy

At Epic Events, we understand that plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered the official cancellation date.

Refund Policy

  • More than 15 days before the event: A partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and planning costs.
  • 7–15 days before the event: A partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Epic Events, based on services already arranged.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds will be provided, as arrangements, bookings, and resources are already confirmed.

Advance Payments

Advance payments are non-refundable once event preparations, vendor bookings, or material purchases have begun.

Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, the paid amount may be adjusted toward a future date, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

Cancellations by Epic Events

In the unlikely event that Epic Events cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or the event will be rescheduled, as agreed with the client.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

Policy Updates

Epic Events reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be effective once posted on the website.
